I'm a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and I love helping families rest and sleep better. If you're a sleep deprived parent with a baby or toddler, you're in the right place.
We help with frequent night wakings, establishing independent sleep, weaning off sleep crutches (like being rocked to sleep), early waking, naps, learning to stay in bed, and more.
How we'll help your Baby or Toddler sleep:
—You'll fill out sleep questionnaire after our consult call.
—You'll receive a customized sleep plan with a couple different ways we can go about improving your baby or toddler's sleep.
—We'll have a 45-60 min phone call to go over the sleep plan and talk about our strategy moving forward.
—I'll support you over text for two weeks, with phone call support as needed. I'll help you troubleshoot any snags in the plan and encourage you to keep momentum.
– After our two weeks, we'll wrap up. This package also includes 3 troubleshooting emails for follow-up support to be used within 6 months of wrap up.
